Caps Begin Four-Game Road Trip with 5-2 Win Over Wild in Tom Wilson’s Return

This is the Washington Capitals fourth game in seven days (thanks for the reminder Isabelle). They held an optional skate so we don’t know yet if there are any real changes to the lines. However, Mike Richards is iffy which could be Stan the Man is in. We will let you know as soon as we know.

The Wild have a lot to worry about tonight. As Dubnyk said earlier today, “You can’t worry about one guy. They’ve got a lot of guys who can put the puck in the net.” (MN Wild)

Ryan Suter leads in team assists (27) and hasn’t scored since January 12—ten games since he had a goal and only four assists in the same time frame.
