Capitals Players Give Fans the Gift of More Christmas Music This Holiday Season

Remember “Capitals Tunes Volume 2” that came out last year that was so much better than the first one because they never made one? The CD was so popular among Capitals fans that the team released a brand new CD this holiday season titled “ALLCAPS Holiday for Real“. This video came out during the Capitals game Friday night against the Sabres which was the final home game before Christmas and it featured some old favorites and new surprises!

The look in this holiday video is much different compared to last year but it once again features players singing holiday songs. Only difference is that the Caps are now the Stanley Cup champions which means all their songs reference the Stanley Cup run just in case your non-Capitals friends need a reminder on who won the Cup.

The video begins with Alex Ovechkin wearing a flashy blue and gold jumpsuit with gold shades wishing you a Merry Capsmas. Then came new faces Travis Boyd singing “I saw Ovi kissing Stanley Cup” and Pheonix Copley pretending he’s skiing.

If you like videos where John Carlson and Braden Holtby show off their great singing voices, Nic Dowd and Christian Djoos wearing matching sweaters while playing connect four, and the trio boyband group of Brett Connolly, Andre Burakovsky and Devante Smith-Pelly, this video is sure to get you in the holiday spirit!

There are more surprises too including a very special guest, check out the video below!

Merry Christmas Caps fans, from your pals at Friends in Cold Places!
