Tom Wilson’s Suspension Reduced to 14 Games, Is Eligible to Play Tonight

Some big news came out from the NHL PR office before the Washington Capitals players even put on their pads and laced up their skates before morning skate in Minnesota. Tom Wilson, who began the season with a 20 game suspension due to a hit on St. Louis Blues forward Oskar Sundqvist in the preseason finale, had his suspension reduced to 14 games thanks to Arbitrator Shyam Das.
